FL4I claims you should make some simple changes. First, they start by explaining that your body releases fat-burning and fat-storing hormones after you eat. And if you can merely reduce the quantity of fat-storing hormones released and boost the amount of fat-burning hormones released, then you can lose weight-and fast.

Apparently, the whole diet program is based around this premise. From there, they go on to claim that massive fat loss can be achieved in two steps. First, you need to increase the amount of meals you eat above 3 per day. And next, you need to be sure that you ensure that the makeup and timing of those meals is carefully-crafted according to their “calorie shifting” method, which is designed to trick your body into burning more fat.

Their storyline sounds plausible. However, if you try to learn more about the product creator, things begin to look fishy. No matter where you look, you will not be able to find out who created the diet and whether or not that person has any credentials or even a weight loss story of his or her own.

Additionally, the company was given a very weak rating at the Better Business Bureau as the result of unresolved customer complaints. And furthermore, the site makes several claims that seem to be unverifiable. For instance, they claim that their own careful testing lead resulted in this “calorie shifting” method; however, the method existed prior to the product and it is not clear that the company has any means to perform such tests.

Overall, this product pitch is a tough sell. It makes some interesting and generally true claims about weight loss that might prove to be useful; however, it leaves the reader wondering whether Fat Loss 4 Idiots is truly effective. Regardless of what you think, many people have tried it and found it helpful and its claims make it very intriguing.

Indeed, a few who critique The Diet Solution Program suggest that it wrongly tries to de-legitimize helpful dieting techniques, such as reducing fat intake and counting calories. Others who disapprove of it contend that it focuses too much on holistic approaches for weight loss-and entirely ignores the ones that are backed by rigorous scientific evidence.

When push comes to shove, the decision is yours: you can stay on your current program, you can try a fad diet, you can accept the supposedly “tried and true” method of calorie decreasing and working out, or you can give The Diet Program Solution a chance.

Listen to some wise advice. If you do decide to try The Diet Program Solution, do not imagine colossal weight loss results overnight. By its own admission, you can expect to lose as much as 10-15 pounds over the course of six weeks. This seems far short of other programs that promise so much, however, this is true weight loss, not just water.

While 15 pounds in six weeks is certainly nothing to scoff it, it falls well short of the seemingly outrageous weight loss claims you’ll find from other fad diets. And perhaps that is what people find so attractive about this program.

My fiancé’s name is Hanna. She’s from Iraq… Baghdad actually. She grew up there and modeled in Lebanon, taught history, and then moved here 1.5 years go.

To let you know how clueless I was about the Middle East, I thought every woman from Baghdad wore burkas and were forbidden to speak! (I’m kidding… but I was almost THAT clueless!)

Hanna educated me on the reality of Middle Eastern culture, and from there a great friendship turned into a wonderful romance.

We met in Austin, Texas where we will both be moving in August. I’m leaving my part-time home in San Diego, despite the INCREDIBLE weather, to be around the dozens of friends we’ve already made in Austin.

For those of you not from Texas, Austin is widely-held as the coolest place to live in the State that loves to forget it’s own history. (See “Texas School Board vs Reality”, coming soon to a theater near you.) It’s still hot as hell, but it’s a very pretty town full of really Bohemian-style people… well, a mix actually. Fun place for music, too.

I’m excited as both Hanna and I will be training with world-class figure trainer (and bodybuilder) Dave “The Texas Shredder” Gooden. Dave and I met a few weeks ago and I think we’ll be able to push my 46 (nearly 47) year old body to the absolute max. Hanna has just started working out and already she’s finding toned legs and a curvy butt that makes her look even more beautiful than before… and that’s a feat! ; )

Will Strip That Fat Really Strip Fat in Just 2 Weeks?

Fad diets have a common problem. One of the fundamental problems with most fad diets is that they just don’t provide enough structure. They provide you the basic gist of things, but when it comes down to fashioning really specific decisions about food choices (i.e. should you get the club sandwich or the salad?), they leave you mostly defenseless.

How well do you count carbs? For instance, after beginning a low carb diet, you’ll forever find yourself making knee-jerk reactions about carbs. When given the choice amongst any food – be it as greasy and fatty as conceivable-or something that contains two slices of bread, you’ll take the first.

Guidelines count. Rules of thumb are crucial. They make it easy to pursue a diet program in the long run. But if those rules of thumb continually fail-and they oftentimes do-then they may not really provide you with anything to operate from.

How do women overcome this problem? You possibly could do it by adopting a diet that eschews rules-of-thumb; and instead focuses on producing a diet that is tailor-made to your special needs.

One diet that claims to do this is Strip That Fat (STF). In particular, STF does not stick to any of these general rules of fad dieting. It doesn’t recommend that you “eat a low fat diet” or eat a “low carb diet.” It also suggests that you stay away from calorie counting, pre-packaged diets, or Hollywood diets.

Instead of eating less, it suggests that you consume more. In particular, it suggests that you eat five times each day-but in smaller portions, of course. By eating more frequently, you can trick your body into believing that you are satiated, it claims.

In addition to fashioning these controversial claims about dieting, Strip That Fat also claims that eating fat is an crucial piece of dieting; and that you won’t lose weight without doing it. Additionally, it claims that you should avoid salad; and also promises to furnish a list of 10 foods that you must utterly stay away from at all costs.

Finally, STF makes it clear that it does not aim at exercise at all. It claims that exercise normally has very little to do with obesity; and that women who are obese or overweight regularly get more than adequate exercise. Instead, it is just a matter of them adopting the proper dietary habits.

So what does the program come with? For starters, it includes the STF dieting guide, which will supply you with all of the important data that you require in order to implement the plan. But in addition to this, it will also contain the STF Diet Generator.

According to STF, this diet generator can build as many as 40,000 diet programs on the fly. All you have to do is take a few parameters, mix and match, and you’ll end up with a diet program that is customized to your own special wants and needs.

Additionally, if you’re not completely satisfied with STF, you can always return it within 60 days for a total refund.

According to reviewers at Insideyourdiet.com, the STF does not entirely live up to its promise of providing long term structure for your dieting needs. Rather, for the first two weeks, it gives you a lot of structural, but beyond that, the diet is ultimately up to your discretion. For instance, you can generate the diets using the STF Generator, but it’s not exactly obvious how or why they work.

Overall, STF is a promising product. If you’re looking for a Diet Generator and want a two-week structured plan, then it is a good product to consider. However, since it is comparatively pricey, you may not want to make it your first selection!
